The main task of the Quality Assurance Department is to establish a system that ensures the continuity of product quality in line with customer demands, and to ensure the regular and consistent functioning of this system.
FABRIC CONTROLS
The weight and width of all fabric lots and rolls entering the factory are precisely measured. Washing tests are conducted on a lot basis for all orders, and shrinkage in both length and width, as well as fabric twisting, are determined.
Color change before and after washing, color bleeding tests (especially for combined colors), and hairiness/touch evaluations after washing are performed.
Tests for rubbing fastness, lot-to-lot color consistency, handle and texture assessments are conducted. A color continuity chart is prepared, and tonal differences between lots are checked.
Steam tension tests, fabric grain alignment and core integrity controls, quantity and panel print pattern-size verification, visual inspection using fabric control machines, and seam strength tests are carried out.
ACCESSORY CONTROLS
Zipper opening and closing durability tests, washing tests for all labels, and color approvals for sewing threads are performed.
BROKEN NEEDLE CONTROLS
The broken needle procedure is fully implemented for all customers. Implementation and supervision of the broken needle procedure is done regularly. All of the finished products are checked by passing through the Needle Detector before packing.
